Job Summary
Deliver financial literacy sessions using the approved curriculum, register participants on the Pulse data platform, and collect necessary information. Set up training venues with required equipment, coordinate with mobilizers and location leaders for scheduling, and support smooth execution of field activities. Carry training materials to the location for distribution and maintain reports on attendance and documents. Submit daily or weekly reports to the location leader or project manager while supporting the approach to target groups. The role requires a graduate in Social Work, Commerce, or related fields with 1–2 years of grassroots project experience, open to travel and relocation. Fluency in the local language and basic English proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes
- Fluency in the local language
- Basic proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
