Job Summary
Deliver financial literacy sessions per the approved curriculum, register participants on the Pulse data, and maintain attendance records. Set up training venues with necessary equipment, coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leaders for scheduling, and support smooth execution of field activities. Carry training materials to the location for distribution and submit daily or weekly reports to the Location Leader or project manager. Support outreach to target groups and organize sessions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce, or related fields, 1–2 years of grassroots project experience, and fluency in the local language. Open to travel and relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision
- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes
- Fluency in the local language
- Basic proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
