Coordinator, Mental Health & Wellness and Applied Performance Science - Sports Health Performance

Provide administrative support, maintain electronic health records, and manage workflows within the Mental Health & Wellness department while ensuring strict confidentiality of protected health information. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives in Applied Performance Science by monitoring performance analyses, reports, and safety protocols during testing. Handle PHI in accordance with UAA, federal, and state regulations using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. Work independently and as part of a collaborative team, engaging with diverse cultures. This role requires a non-standard schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
