Coordinator - Medical Services - Wood and Lucas Counties

Coordinate clinical care for patients in Wood and Lucas Counties by assessing mental health needs, developing Individualized Service Plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. Supervise and train the Medical Assistant team, managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Monitor lab results and imaging, process insurance forms, and manage medication entry into SmartCare while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Provide crisis intervention support and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and service delivery.
