Job Summary
Coordinate the annual directory and award submissions, manage rankings and progress trackers, and support internal and external communications to promote the firm’s market recognition. Edit and update matter descriptions, profiles, and lawyer bios; draft submissions; leverage AI tools to improve processes and reporting; maintain the accolades and experience databases; assist with business development materials and cross-team collaboration within Marketing and Client Relations. Requires 1-3 years of experience with strong writing, research, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva knowledge is an asset; strong confidentiality and client-service mindset. This role operates in a hybrid work arrangement based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary certificate or university degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field is an asset
