Coordinator – Maintenance Planning

Job Summary
Receive, screen, and log facility requests via phone, email, and in-person communication. Dispatch work orders efficiently to supervisors and technicians using two-way radio and corporate communication tools. Coordinate daily administrative operations including maintaining call logs, tracking preventive maintenance schedules, organizing overtime records, processing payroll corrections, managing the vacation calendar, tracking attendance, and monitoring office supply inventory. Manage departmental purchasing, receivables, and payables using SAP software, generate purchase requisitions, apply receivers to purchase orders, and process vendor invoices to track budget compliance. Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments during peak periods. Requires high school diploma or GED, three to five years of progressive clerical or administrative experience, and ability to work in varying difficult work conditions including extreme cold, heat, and loud noises. No travel required.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of progressive clerical or administrative experience

- Ability to regularly coordinate one's eyes with one's fingers, wrists, or arms to move, carry, or manipulate objects
- Ability to regularly make quick, accurate, skillful, and coordinated movement with hands and arms
- Ability to regularly bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, or legs
- Ability to occasionally climb, kneel, bend over, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry objects
- Ability to occasionally exert oneself physically over long periods of time
- Ability to perform job functions in an environment with varying difficult work conditions such as extreme cold, heat, inclement weather, at heights, and/or while exposed to constant/intermittent loud noises
