Job Summary
Manage VIP gaming rooms at Mindil Beach Casino Resort by building relationships with members, handling cash transactions with precision, and resolving guest issues. Host events as directed by managers while promoting the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms brand and member benefits. Use initiative to assist with requests and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, plus an NT Casino Operative's Licence or willingness to obtain one. Experience organizing payouts for winnings on various gaming platforms is required. This 8-month parental leave coverage role includes a complimentary meal each shift, free parking, and access to online learning.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Hold a Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
- Hold an NT Casino Operative's Licence or be willing to obtain
- Experience organising payouts for winnings on various gaming platforms
- Exceptional guest service experience with a high level of communication, interpersonal, and language skills
