Coordinator, Live Presentation (Part-Time)

Oversee all internal and external Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns mascot appearance bookings, process payments and invoicing, and serve as the mascot handler for game days and events. Assist in ideation, writing, and production of mascot skits, stunts, videos, and in-game features, including set design and prop creation. Maintain and organize all mascot props, deliveries, and vehicles while adhering to maintenance schedules. Act as lead stage manager on game days, overseeing court rehearsals and the 602 Crew. This part-time role supports live presentation elements to improve fan experiences and fulfill partner objectives. Requires ability to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
