Job Summary
Coordinate the review and approval process for Club Line-of-Sight signage submissions and track status to ensure timely completion. Assist in scheduling, production, delivery, and posting of League partner and marketing creative static dasherboard signage. Coordinate execution activities with sales, vendors, building operations, and Club business staff regarding game-night compliance reviews and monthly reporting. Monitor LOS documentation, reports, and records while supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative tasks for print production. Identify and escalate operational issues or compliance concerns as appropriate. Support special projects and initiatives related to Club Business Affairs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of professional work experience
- Experience in sports, media, marketing, operations, sponsorship, or a related field
- Familiarity with the NHL, Club operations, venue operations, or sports sponsorship execution
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
