Coördinator Kwaliteit & Veiligheid (Food/Logistiek)

Coordinate quality, safety, and environmental (KAM) policy across Bidfood's Groningen and Drachten facilities by translating procedures into daily practice and ensuring their application on the shop floor. Identify emerging risks before incidents occur, draft the KAM annual plan, and monitor progress while serving as the central reporting point for near-misses and unsafe situations. Collaborate with team leaders, local coordinators, and the central KAM Manager to share knowledge, maintain uniform workflows, and implement improvement proposals. Act as the primary contact for audits, cross-departmental improvement projects, and professional dialogue with management and external certifying bodies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Full-time contract with development opportunities via GoodHabitz training platform.
