Coordinator, Key Accounts

Coordinate and support the Key Accounts Sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks that drive execution of major chain account programs. Responsibilities include maintaining customer files, promotional calendars, pricing sheets, and product distribution lists; preparing sales presentations and meeting materials for key account reviews; tracking sales orders, deductions, trade spend, and promotions for timely setup and compliance; managing chainwide reset schedules and program materials; monitoring planning tools and POS needs; updating weekly/monthly sales reports and supporting forecasting with data reconciliation; collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of account initiatives; and acting as a point of contact for assigned accounts to address inquiries and resolve issues. The role requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in sales, strong MS Office skills, high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and solid analytical and communication abilities.
