Job Summary
Conduct weekly cycle counts to reconcile stock with computer reports and communicate results for data analysis. Execute yearly physical inventory processes with warehouse management to maintain accurate records. Safely place items in designated bins, prioritizing chemical handling safety. Investigate and resolve issues regarding sales and purchase orders while collaborating with Customer Service Representatives. Assist in handling freight claims via the online portal and manage inventory adjustments in the Navision system. Oversee Return Merchandise Authorization processing and documentation. Utilize forklift and order picker skills to support receiving, stocking, and shipping operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations, or equivalent Military or practical experience
- 1+ year of experience operating a sit-down forklift and order picker/cherry picker
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of OSHA-approved safety shoes from the first day of employment
