Job Summary
Coordinate international property sales efforts for Excel Sports Management from the London office. Support the Property Sales Team by performing proactive prospecting and company research, maintaining Salesforce/CRM reports, drafting sales outreach, and following up to schedule meetings. Develop category, contact, and property-specific outreach strategies, prepare pre-meeting materials, and collaborate with Sales Strategy and Marketing Solutions on follow-up items. Assist with advanced sales processes, proposals, presentation development, and special projects. Monitor industry news to identify viable prospects, manage weekly client calls, organize Salesforce pipelines, and generate internal activity reports. Lead onboarding and create master prospect lists, sales hooks, and data request lists. Prepare weekly outreach schedules, coordinate with other divisions, and handle administrative tasks. Domestic travel may be required. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience in Sports Marketing and/or Sales; proficient in Excel and Salesforce; strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities; multi-language skills are highly desirable.
