International Logistics Operations Coordinator (Mandarin speaking) supports day-to-day warehouse operations, order management, and cross-border coordination between U.S. and China teams. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound order processing, inventory checks, reporting, customs-related issue resolution, and translating updates between Mandarin and English. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple time zones, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high service standards. The position involves updating client SOPs, reconciling invoices, and providing operational reports to platform partners. In-office role based in Melville, NY, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm.
