Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the internal editorial calendar across email, newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, video, and other employee communication channels. Draft, edit, and publish internal communications, including newsletter content, intranet stories, employee announcements, event promotions, and FAQs. Support the production of recurring communications such as The Champion, including content collection, reviews, approvals, publishing, and performance tracking. Maintain the intranet as a reliable source of employee news, information, and resources. Support the planning and execution of employee meetings, town halls, recognition programs, and other internal events, including invitations, logistics, presentation materials, and run of show coordination. Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives, employee culture-focused programs, and organization-wide campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, events, employee experience, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, storytelling, and the Chamber's mission
- Experience creating and supporting employee events, video or multimedia content, or basic design work
