Job Summary
Internal Auditor I performs testing on financial, operational, compliance, and strategic audits and reviews of District functions, departments, and school internal accounts, writes up audit observations, supports investigations and management action plans, collaborates with stakeholders to develop recommendations to improve procedures and efficiency, and uses auditing techniques and data analytics to identify improvements while adhering to established standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field
- Two (2) years’ experience in auditing, accounting, finance, budgeting, and/or other business-related areas
