Job Summary
Coordinate and administer campus instructional activities and programs under the principal, assisting with MTSS/At-Risk coordination, mentoring programs, assessment coordination, staff development, and data analysis. Supports teachers in curriculum delivery and instructional strategies, assists in interviewing prospective applicants, and serves as liaison between school and community. Requires leadership experience, collaboration with school staff/parents/students, and the ability to manage multiple instructional tasks at an elementary campus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Principal or Mid-Management Certification preferred
- Minimum of three years successful classroom experience
- Proven leadership skills
