Job Summary
Execute daily IT infrastructure support across a multi-site environment, managing systems administration, networking, endpoint devices, and cybersecurity tasks. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP while configuring VPN and remote access within a mixed Cisco and Ubiquiti network. Troubleshoot wired and wireless performance issues, deploy desktops and laptops, and maintain hybrid Microsoft 365 and on-premise Exchange setups. Ensure all technology functions properly in both office and production settings while adhering to Occupational Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Complete required documentation, attend company trainings, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Physical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg), able to climb several flights of stairs and not affected by heights
- Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, management, and computer skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Act with humility, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to safety
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration preferred
- Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Cisco Duo and VPN technologies
- Experience in a multi-site network environment
- Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic decision-making
