Job Summary
Coordinate department functions to deliver imaging services expediently and efficiently through staff and workflow organization. Maintain knowledge of department procedures to provide assistance throughout the patient care continuum with proficiency in CT field operations. Direct supervision is provided by the Supervisor/Manager of the department. Requires Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology School, one year of imaging experience, and National registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (ARRT-R) or Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N). CT certification (ARRT-CT) and current state license in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine required for Oregon and Washington respectively. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required. Salary range is USD $48.69 - USD $69.65 /Hr. Located at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Southwest Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology School and program
- Minimum of one year of experience in imaging and/or other clinical modality
- National registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology (ARRT-R) or Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N)
- CT certification (ARRT-CT)
- Current state license in Radiography or Nuclear Medicine for all employees who perform this job in the state of Oregon
- Current Radiologic Technologist Certification for all employees who perform this job in the state of Washington
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Relocation assistance for those moving from outside the area
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of experience in imaging and/or other clinical modality
- One year in a supervisory or coordinator role
- Supervisory course work
- Working knowledge of CQI principals
- Medical terminology
- Keyboard skills
- Ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
