Coordinator II - Youth Center

Oversee data collection and reporting for Youth Center grants; mentor new hires; program analysis and development; support program manager in programmatic operations, regional collaborations, data collection, and grant reporting; provide direct services as part of Youth Center coordination, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in work with participants and the community. In-person attendance is required during scheduled hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with servicing low-income participants are essential. The role supports the Program Manager and involves coordinating activities, mentoring new hires, and ensuring smooth operations across Youth Center locations.
