Job Summary
Coordinator I, Human Resources leads and manages the District's complaint processes (Title IX, Uniform Complaint Procedures) and supports HR programs to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and standards. Serves as the District's lead investigator for complaints, ensuring timely, impartial investigations and coordination across sites; maintains confidentiality and produces clear written reports. Provides leadership support, policy alignment, and professional learning on legal compliance, complaint procedures, investigations, and progressive discipline. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive situations; bilingual skills are highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- California Administrative Services Credential required
- Experience conducting investigations (Title IX, HR, or legal)
