Job Summary
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing customer invoicing for construction and maintenance projects in the Communications Line of Business. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting accurate invoices, managing accounts receivable, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with project managers and finance management. The ideal candidate should possess an associate degree in accounting and have 2-3 years of billing experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project or construction type billing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with billing in ERP financial systems, such as SAP, JD Edwards, Viewpoint Vista or similar systems
