Job Summary
Coordinate client services and support plans while maintaining high-quality progress notes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage a team of support workers, oversee staffing levels, and lead performance appraisals to drive continuous improvement. Utilize NDIS funding models to manage budgets, resolve complaints, and ensure funds are delivered effectively. Confirm adherence to support plans and mitigate risks within the West Perth office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/certifications or significant experience within the NDIS framework
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Must possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS screening clearance
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a WWCC
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a WA drivers licence
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a reliable vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- experience managing participants who have complex mental health issues or challenging behaviours
- an understanding of the NDIS funding model and associated reporting requirements
- proactive self-starters who will lead performance appraisals and identify areas for growth and development as part of a continuous improvement plan
