Job Summary
Coordinate and maintain workplace first aid resources, including supplies, facilities, and naloxone program administration across all UGM locations. Maintain inventory of first aid equipment, conduct regular inspections, and manage procurement and replacement as required. Serve as a designated Occupational First Aid Attendant, providing treatment and participating in emergency response activities while maintaining certification. Maintain organized health and safety documentation, including policies, procedures, training records, and audit files to support regulatory compliance. Support the Health and Safety Manager with administrative tasks for meetings, training sessions, and safety committee activities. Ensure internal communication platforms contain current safety materials and prepare audit-related evidence and documentation. This part-time role requires 22.5 hours per week with a starting salary of $27.58-$30.13 per hour. Travel of up to 75% between head office and satellite locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of ICF accredited coach training
- Willingness to complete coach training
- Must be able to travel up to 75% between UGM's head office and satellite location
- Must be able to look at a computer screen and use a keyboard for up to 60% of the time
- Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, and kneel when completing site walkthroughs and assessments
- Must be able to see, talk and hear
- Subject to a criminal record check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with document control or administrative recordkeeping
- Experience with document control or administrative recordkeeping in a health and safety, quality, or compliance environment
- Understanding of health & safety program structure
- Experience working in a Christian and/or non-profit organization
