Job Summary
Manage and support Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) programs by implementing mission, vision, and values through hands-on program impact. Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) staff and establish partnerships with clients, families, guardians, and funding agencies. Oversee company and program records, ensuring accurate payroll and billing documentation within designated time frames. Ensure programs meet licensing, survey, and contractual compliance requirements. This safety-sensitive role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience, and experience working with the elderly or physically disabled in long-term settings. Valid Arizona driver's license, age 21+, and ability to work flexible hours are required, including some county or state travel. Must pass background check, driving record check, drug test, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least a combination of two (2) years supervisory experience
- Experience working with the elderly and/or physically disabled in a long term setting
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Self-directed, work with minimal supervision
- Some travel is required within the county HCBS services are provided or in state travel
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license
- minimum of twenty-one years of age

- Must be able to complete a successful background check
- Must be able to complete a driving record check
- Must be able to complete a drug test
- Must obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
