Job Summary
Coordinate group dining and events at Resorts World Las Vegas, manage leads via Tripleseat and inquiries, assist with vendor logistics and load-in, create, print and deliver custom menus, process purchasing orders to ensure timely vendor payments, support Group Dining Managers and Directors with daily tasks (including nights/weekends), conduct client site tours and pre/post-event planning to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, book and service small group dinners and happy hours (20 guests or less), and foster a collaborative, customer-service-oriented environment while maintaining required licenses and adhering to safety and policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in Hotel Sales, Catering Sales or Event Planning
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- CPCE designation is preferred
