Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years, creating a dynamic, child-centered environment filled with STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts. Take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth. Work split shifts Monday to Friday from 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm across a 29-hour week including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. This permanent part-time role offers coaching from a Regional Manager and access to paid training pathways.
Required Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
