Job Summary
Coordinate and support fleet operations from Sovereign Network Group's Head Office in Basingstoke. Manage day-to-day fleet activities including arranging MOTs and vehicle services, planning maintenance and repairs, administering vehicle histories, keeping driver records up to date, and ensuring compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for localities and compliance teams, organize bookings with garages, handle documentation and communications, and assist with workload and task allocation for the fleet team to minimize downtime. Maintain fleet software records, facilitate replacement hire vans when needed, and ensure timely updates to all fleet-related systems and files. Strong focus on customer service, organization, and attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
