Job Summary
Field Marketing Coordinator to build the local presence of BeatBox in the market by implementing national strategies through on-premise/off-premise activations, product sampling, events, influencer partnerships, and local campaigns. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and leading a field marketing team of brand reps; aligning with Sales/Trade Marketing to support activations and merchandising; coordinating with distributors and wholesalers; identifying event opportunities and managing activations; developing social media content for local campaigns; co-managing events and festivals from planning to execution; and maintaining inventory, swag, and marketing materials. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, budget management, adaptability, regulatory awareness for alcohol handling, and travel up to 40% with occasional evening/weekend support; requires 2 years of field marketing experience in beverages/CPG and 1 year in a leadership/management role, plus experience with local distributors (prefer Dallas/BEN E KEITH) and Alc beverage exposure. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
