Job Summary
Coordinator - Events and Promotions responsible for fostering Bally’s Born to Entertain culture, promoting guest service, supporting the Illinois Gaming Board Self-Exclusion program, assisting in planning and executing programs, promotions, and events, preparing submissions for IGB approval, creating and verifying promotional offers, and supporting social/digital media content strategies; role requires weekend/weeknight/holiday availability and on-site work in Rock Island, IL; minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma and gaming license, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment; target salary about $16.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations
