Job Summary

Coordinate and execute organizational events and related logistics, including calendar management, travel arrangements, venue research, catering, shipping/receiving exhibit materials, and coordination of staff and IT support. Manage invoices and monthly billing statements, process payments, and assist with inventory of branded materials and supplies. Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners to plan and deliver meetings, conferences, and outreach opportunities, ensuring strong customer service, effective communication, and timely completion of tasks. Require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years in events or nonprofit work, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, attention to detail, proficiency with common software, some travel, and willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office in Washington, DC and 2 remote days).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an events company or nonprofit organization
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
