Coordinator, Event Presentation (TERM)

Scheduling and managing the Orange & Blue Ice Crew for Oilers home games and events while acting as main Floor Director. Lead hiring, training, and development of OBIC staff through auditions and orientation. Assist in production of the season-long game presentation and support the digital team's Instagram and web page growth. Coordinate in-game features with Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Marketing, and other departments. Prepare scripts and distribute timing sheets to production staff and obtain vendor quotes for uniforms and giveaways. Work flexible hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
