Job Summary
Coordinate exterior event logistics and parking operations at GEODIS Park, serving as a key liaison between guests, clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors for activities like Fan Activation Areas and supporter tailgating. Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of events including 5K runs, ensuring proper staffing of the parking management company and managing vendor shuttles. Procure and maintain inventory of equipment such as portable restrooms, light towers, and signage, while preparing vehicle directional and pedestrian signs. Maintain documentation including standard operating procedures, checklists, and training manuals. Support seamless operations for guests and participants across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
