Job Summary
Oversee campus administrative operations during evening and weekend hours, ensuring instructional, support services, and facilities function efficiently. Serve as the point of contact for campus emergency procedures, community liaison, and event facilitation when the Campus Manager is absent. Manage room scheduling, distribute mail and supplies, and resolve inquiries regarding programs, faculty support, and student services. Maintain confidentiality and resolve scheduling conflicts while overseeing facility operations and creating a monthly electronic newsletter. This role requires maintaining an established evening and weekend work schedule and effectively collaborating with multicultural constituencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years related work experience
- An Associate degree and four years of related work experience
- Maintaining an established work schedule, including evening and weekend hours
- Methods of collaboration with community leaders, or other community members
- Event coordination
- Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills, including tact and diplomacy with multicultural constituencies
- Effectively using organizational planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials
- Resolving scheduling and/or resource deployment issues and conflicts
- Overseeing facility operations
- Use a variety of spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation software
- Valid driver's license
