Job Summary
Coordinator, Entertainment Experience – Programming & Operations at Carnival Cruise Line supports fleet-wide entertainment programming and operational initiatives. Provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Supervisor of Programming & Operations to ensure entertainment experiences are delivered efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities include inventory management, shipment tracking, purchasing coordination, invoice processing, reporting, vendor communication, and operational documentation related to entertainment programming and special events. Collaborates with shipboard and shoreside teams to maintain quality standards and operational readiness across entertainment offerings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree - Entertainment, Recreation, Tourism, Hospitality and/or Business preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in entertainment operations, hospitality, administrative coordination, logistics, events, or a related field preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or operational processes preferred
- Previous cruise, hospitality, live entertainment, or event coordination experience preferred
