Job Summary
Coordinate grant programs, partnerships, and sponsorships by managing administrative processes, documentation, contracts, and payments with high accuracy. Support the full project lifecycle from planning and application stages through reporting, evaluation, and special projects. Gather and interpret information to support decision-making and program improvements while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and ensure exceptional attention to detail across multiple priorities. This role supports initiatives improving health outcomes across Canada within the CMA Foundation's Strategy and Partnerships team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, grants, sponsorships, partnerships, or related initiatives
- Supported the administration and execution of programs from planning and application stages through reporting and evaluation
- Managed administrative processes, documentation, contracts, payments, and records while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Worked with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships through professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, taking meeting notes, and supporting special projects from initiation to completion
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and organize information to support decision-making and program improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using databases, platforms, or technology solutions to manage information and workflows
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
- Motivated by meaningful work
- Incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English
- Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role
