Job Summary
Conduct strengths-based, culturally safe assessments and develop personalised Job Plans to support job seekers into meaningful employment. Coordinate community-based projects that advance skill development and partner with Aboriginal community leaders, employers, and stakeholder organisations to strengthen local relationships. Lead remote site operations while ensuring compliance with contractual, reporting, and safety requirements across Job Pathways locations in the Kimberley. This role offers housing, vehicle use, and paid R&R every six weeks for candidates with experience in remote Aboriginal communities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in remote or regional communities
- Current C Class driver's licence
- Ability to travel by road or air and stay in remote communities
- National Police Certificate
- WA Working With Children Check
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Australia
