Coordinator Emergency Transport (EMT) LifeFlight Dispatch, Part-time

Coordinate flight requests and critical care ground transports while providing flight following for aviation vendors. Enter data for all activities performed within the communication center and register for LifeFlight transports to place charges in EPIC. Complete documentation for patient care records in EMS charts and provide primary support for One-Call. Dispatch specialty teams within WPAHS facilities, monitor incoming heliport traffic and safety watch, and receive medical command notifications via telephone and radio. Provide offload support to the flight team and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role supports the Allegheny Health Network LifeFlight program, connecting EMS providers, referral agencies, and air medical programs to appropriate internal areas.
