Coordinator

Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage schools, businesses, healthcare providers, and faith-based institutions while representing The Center at meetings, coalitions, and events. Facilitate training on IPV/SA prevention and trauma-informed care for diverse audiences, adapting materials to ensure cultural relevance and accessibility. Provide crisis response, short-term advocacy, and trauma-informed referrals to survivors, serving as a liaison between individuals and medical, legal, and social service providers. Maintain records of outreach activities and track program participation to evaluate outcomes and inform future strategies, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and abuse reporting laws. Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen program messaging and support agency-wide prevention campaigns. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel frequently across KY and IN counties.
