Coordinator

Lead by example to set standards for safety, quality, and teamwork while planning and organizing daily operations at the Cheltenham site. Coach and support team members through feedback and guidance, ensuring production and distribution activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor performance and quality control by checking finished goods prior to dispatch, verifying quantities, and managing quality alerts. Solve problems and identify improvements by taking initiative to enhance processes and contribute to toolbox meetings. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, legal requirements, and workplace health and safety expectations. This 12-month FTC role supports Ecolab's mission to protect people and vital resources through comprehensive science-based solutions in food safety and clean environments.
