Job Summary

Coordinate the Day Treatment for Adults (DTA) program at RISE, providing leadership and support to Direct Support Professionals and services for people with disabilities; develop engaging activities, ensure licensing/compliance, manage payroll and billing, maintain program records, and establish partnerships with clients, families/guardians, and funding agencies. Requires HS Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; must be able to assist participants physically, hold a valid AZ driver’s license, and complete background check and fingerprint clearance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel within the state is required; position based at the DTA Center in Queen Creek, AZ, with secondary presence in Mesa, AZ.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years supervisory experience
  • Must be able to physically assist people as needed (lifting/support)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license
  • Must be able to complete background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Some travel required within the state
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
