Job Summary
Support truck procurement and manage daily operations for Compcare/Visual Intermodal systems, including execution, coding, and carrier management. Analyze drayage data to identify process enhancements, cost reductions, and best practices for quality control across North America. Monitor vendor invoices, KPIs, and workorder completion while collaborating with regional stations, Finance, and Sales. Perform invoice reconciliation and report on timely performance metrics. Requires one to three years in seafreight or intermodal operations, proficiency with Hellogic and Business Objects, and ability to handle high-pressure environments. Base salary ranges from $25,000 to $30,000 with health benefits and 401(k).

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (A.A.) from a two-year college preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement
- One to two years' experience in intermodal/drayage operations or similar preferred
- Solid understanding of processes and systems; knowledge and use of Hellogic, Outlook and Business Objects a plus
- Experience with compliance related projects desired
- Knowledge of trucking operations a plus
- Prior experience communicating with truckers a plus
- Systems experience Hellogic, Compcare / VI (Visual Intermodal), Business Objects a plus
- Proficient in world geography, shipping documentation, and Incoterms preferred
