Job Summary
Coordinate donor experience and events to support fundraising goals, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and recognition activities; manage event logistics, registrations, calendars, room bookings, and volunteer support; prepare correspondence, stewardship materials, and meeting materials; maintain accurate donor, prospect, event, recognition, and stewardship records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge; generate reports and queries to support donor engagement and event performance; collaborate with foundation staff, hospital partners, volunteers, donors, and vendors to deliver exceptional donor experiences; demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills; flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, event coordination, administration, or a related field
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM system is preferred
- Knowledge of donor stewardship and donor-centered fundraising principles
