Job Summary
Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns processing, and order control/release for assigned organizations. Release orders on a scheduled basis, monitor open reports for shippable items, and coordinate pre-installations and parts processing to ensure inventory accuracy. Process all RMAs daily, research unsuccessful pickups, and schedule client deliveries and returns while contacting carriers for pack lists. Contact clients to confirm equipment delivery dates and details, then assist Sales, Service, and OM with inquiries related to orders and returns. Maintain merchandise inventory accuracy through schedule physical inventories and manage parts orders. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and proficiency in computerized database systems. Full-time on-site role at $17.20–$25.49 hourly. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
