Job Summary
Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Commercial Partnerships to support Reservoir’s US Recorded Music marketing team across catalog and frontline campaigns. Responsibilities include managing release pitching details and assets in Airtable, pitching releases in DSP forms and backends, sharing weekly updates with external DSP stakeholders, developing relationships with DSP/editorial contacts, administering US label‐credit advertising campaigns (TikTok and Spotify), supporting a label‐owned playlist ecosystem, driving digital marketing strategies (paid media, creator marketing, content marketing, D2F marketing, and viral techniques), creating and editing content for campaigns (banners/videos, social media cutdowns, newsletters), producing weekly streaming and marketing performance reports, serving as go‐to‐market contact for partner labels, and supporting quarterly planning across catalog, frontline, and anniversary projects.
