Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls, assisting with vehicle rental and pickup processes while verifying information and offering technical support for self-service issues. Collaborate with international branches to resolve problems and make calls to promote additional sales and service improvements. Work remotely in Spain on a permanent contract, including night shifts between 22:00h and 06:00h, with access to internal AI tools for productivity.
