Job Summary
Coordinate appointments and meetings with agenda and minute preparation. Draft donor reports, solicitation letters, and special acknowledgment correspondence. Conduct prospect research and develop proposals for various departments. Streamline internal and cross-departmental communications. Track open projects and route external correspondence. Generate monthly expense statements for the Chief Development Officer. Manage donor database entry and maintenance to ensure accuracy. Maintain files and database portfolios. Provide coverage when the Executive Assistant is absent. Assist with and attend performances and events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to accurately handle diverse projects and a large volume of detailed work simultaneously
- Ability to use good judgment in prioritizing work
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work with information systems and software systems

- Some music or other arts/humanities background
