Job Summary
Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors and stakeholders. Manage inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating timely resolutions. Review internal and external audit requests while coordinating with vendors and project stakeholders as required. Support business alignment and oversight by providing cross-program support to program leads. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role reports into the Director, Network Contracting within the New York City-based Network Contracting team. The position requires a hybrid schedule with three days of in-office work per week, including mandatory Thursday meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira)
- Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance
- Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week
- Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events
