Coordinator, Data Center Infrastructure

Job Summary
Triage the team queue, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues as required. Coordinate remote hands activities, provide detailed technical instructions during incidents, and support infrastructure projects across global data center environments. Assist with co-location project delivery, including installations, decommissions, and migrations, while working closely with vendors for hardware deployments and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate DCIM and inventory records, process cross-connect requests, and coordinate hardware shipments and logistics. Participate in an on-call rotation for out-of-hours support. Occasional travel to data centers is required. Based in India, this full-time remote role reports to the Data Center Infrastructure Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting data center operations, infrastructure deployments, or colocation environments
- Experience working with data center hardware, cabling, power, and network infrastructure
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and service providers
- Must be legally eligible to work in India without visa sponsorship
- Ability to periodically lift and move equipment or packages associated with data center logistics
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Willingness to travel to data center or office locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DCIM platforms and asset management systems
- Familiarity with colocation facilities and carrier connectivity services
- ITIL Foundation, CDCP, or similar industry certification
