Job Summary
Develop manifests, PAPS/PARS, and ACE/ACI documents using electronic customs systems like BorderConnect and CBP ACE Portals. Generate clearance manifests for cross-border shipments and communicate with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and CBP to resolve customs issues. Submit clearance requests, arrange export bonds, and maintain accurate records in Synergize and internal software while updating shipper and consignee profiles. Submit clearance requests to Customs Brokers. Ensure accurate record retention (Synergize) and update internal software accurately. Creating and updating Shipper, and Consignee profile records. This full-time afternoon role offers competitive pay ($50,000–$55,000) and extended benefits at Titanium Transportation Group, a leading North American freight company specializing in cross-border logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience of Transportation industry experience
- Experience with customs clearances processes and relevant documents
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Exceptional level of organizational skills
- Post secondary diploma/ certification
- Professionalism, punctuality and a high level of organization
- Ability to perform well under pressure and uphold organizational values
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to administratively verify and process documentation for the creation of supporting documentation
- Occasional weekend coverage
